Bruges

This year, we went to Belgium with friends just before Christmas, and of course we couldn’t miss Bruges. It’s interesting because it was our second time here, but the city is completely different when it’s decorated for Christmas.

It was like we had stepped into a fairy tale: the whole city is bathed in lights, and that typical fair atmosphere completely sucked us in. We just wandered around the stalls for hours, drank mulled wine, and enjoyed the fact that our days weren’t about rushing, Bruges is truly magical at Christmas!”
